The third season of the show will be aired by the broadcaster in Europe and Asia.

Karate Combat Season Three Eurosport

Eurosport has announced a broadcast deal for season three of Karate Combat.

The 12-episode series will premiere on 1 July, and will air weekly on Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 across over 50 territories in Europe and Asia - including France, Germany, Spain, Russia and Turkey. It will also feature on Eurosport.com in those same territories.

Bas Rutten, Josh Palmer and Layla-Anna Lee present the show, with martial arts legends Georges St-Pierre and Lyoto Machida in ‘season sensei’ roles for the 32-fight season. The show consists of full-contact professional karate fighting across eight weight classes, with the fighters aiming to win the Karate Combat world championship.

President of Karate Combat, Adam Kovacs, said: “Fight fans around the world knew Eurosport as the home of K-1 and PRIDE FC when those organizations were at their peak. We’re proud to be joining a long Eurosport tradition of hosting only the world’s most elite fight leagues.”
