Channel 4 and RTE are co-funding a star-studded drama project that sees Blue Angel Films producing a raft of TV films based on all 19 of Samuel Beckett plays, writes Ashley Davies.

The lengths of the TV versions will range from 45 seconds to two-and-a-half hours. They will all air next year when C4 will split broadcasts between C4 schools, FilmFour and the main channel.
