ITC penalises Shop America
The Independent Television Commission (ITC) has fined teleshopping channel Shop America a hefty£60,000 for repeated breaches of its advertising code, just days after its sister station You TV was fined£40,000 for similar transgressions, writes Leigh Holmwood.
