Jerry Hall has been lined up to present a BBC3 series looking at the world of gurus and the celebrities who listen to their message, writes Jon Rogers.

The model and actress will front a 3 x 60-minute show with the working title of Celebrity Guruswhich is being produced by Tiger Aspect.

Hall is no stranger to esoteric religions with she and former husband Mick Jagger turning to Kabbalah, a mystical offshoot of Judaism, after visiting a centre in Los Angeles in 1998.

Filming has yet to start but will take place in the UK, USA and India until June with delivery scheduled for the autumn.

The series was commissioned by BBC3 controller Stuart Murphy with Tiger Aspect head of comedy and entertainment Clive Tulloh executive producing. Anastasia Mouzas produces while Daniel Adamson directs.
