Media secretary Tessa Jowell has agreed to give a keynote speech for the second year running at the Radio Festival, which this year will be held from 1 to 3 July in Cambridge.
Clear Channel chief executive Lowry Mays will open the festival with the Guardian Media Group Radio Lecture.
Capital 95.8FM DJ Chris Tarrant will also speak at the Radio Academy-organised conference.
