The executive producer of BBC3’s Junior Doctors and Underage And Pregnant has joined Mentorn Media to head up its fact ent and features department.

Hannah Wyatt is taking up the position immediately, becoming part of Mentorn’s senior management team, and will develop format ideas for all broadcasters.

She has been working as a freelancer, most recently executive producing Junior Doctors for BBC Vision, and on a number of Mentorn shows.

Wyatt previously worked full time at the indie as executive producer for three years from 2006, and was responsible for shows such as The Real Full Monty for Sky 1, Tulisa: My Mum And Me for BBC3, and The Bill Made Me Famous for ITV1. Prior to that, she developed formats at both Prospect Pictures and Twofour.

Mentorn Media chief executive John Willis said: “Hannah is an integral part of the team and hugely respected both within Mentorn and the industry. This is a chance for her to grow a major area of production for Mentorn.”

Wyatt added: “I know how creative and hard-working the team is here and I’m really looking forward to building Mentorn’s reputation for fact ent and features further.”
