How would you describe your company culture?
Ingenious, pioneering, authentic, ethical and passionate.
How do you bring out the best in your staff?
Give them flexibility and autonomy in their roles, and enable them to work on world-class, mould-breaking, award-winning content.
How have you improved the working environment and practices – and what future improvements are planned?
We are always working on ways to improve communication. As the company grows, how you keep lines of communication open and ensure everyone feels involved in the business has to change, particularly with an ever-changing freelance community working for us. We are looking for new ways to reward collaboration and innovation across the board. Plus, we’re striving to provide a strong foundation for the business that allows staff to feel secure in a volatile and ever-changing industry.
It’s important to look at trends such as flexible working and how technology will change the way we produce and deliver content, and what business opportunities this might open up. We are continuing our recognised good work on diversity and inclusion.
What are the essential qualities of a good work environment?
A fun and creative environment, giving staff the ability to learn and grow, and recognising and nurturing talent. A healthy production company is dynamic and forward-thinking, with a clear vision.
