There’s Nothing Like This series aims to celebrate summer of cricket including Lord’s 150th test match and first women’s test

The MCC and Aurora Factual have produced There’s Nothing Like This, a digital content series promoting Lord’s Cricket Ground and the summer of cricket.
England legends Joe Root and Heather Knight along with a cast of 25 extras are featured in a cinematic, multi-part campaign designed to showcase the very best of Lord’s cricket and hospitality through a series of film trailer-like videos. The project is the first commission of its kind by the MCC, and hopes to celebrate a summer that will see Lord’s host its 150th test match and first women’s test.
The series will release across the summer, and you can watch the first video below. There will also be movie posters and behind-the-scenes edits of the production.
MCC chief marketing officer Katie Maier commented: “This summer at Lord’s is one of the most significant and exciting we’ve ever hosted, so we wanted a campaign that matched the scale of the occasion. Aurora brought a brilliant fresh creative approach and cinematic style that has really helped bring the story of the season to life.”
Aurora’s creative director Jon Cowen said: “This has been a fantastic project to undertake. Paying homage to the heritage of Lord’s, working with some of the legends of the game and celebrating an iconic summer in a creatively ambitious way was a brilliant brief to receive and we are really proud of what has been delivered. This has been a hugely collaborative effort between Aurora, the MCC and an expert production team and we look forward to seeing it roll out globally.”
