    Ofcom appoints adjudicator for new ITV

    Ofcom has appointed David Connolly to adjudicate disputes between advertisers and the newly merged ITV. Connolly is a former vice-chairman of media agency Starcom Motive. He has also worked as joint media director for advertising agency Leo Burnett and spent several years in the sales department at Scottish Television.
