The National Geographic Channel has launched a new channel, Adventure One, aimed at 18 to 35-year-old men. The channel, which is free to air on Sky Digital, airs for 18 hours, seven days a week and promises 'non-stop stories of exploration and adventure'. National Geographic head of production and on-air Bryan Smith said: 'We set out to make the channel different in every way from other factual channels - from a hi-tech graphics look to our use of on-air adventurers providing real-life links between programmes.'
