Pact appoints Willis as director of film

Producers' alliance Pact has appointed Tim Willis, a director at Civilian Content, as director of film. He replaces Ronnie Planalp and will have overall responsibility for devising and implementing Pact's film strategy. He will work alongside Margaret Matheson, vice-chair of film at Pact and managing director of Bard Entertainment.
