Patten wants 'appropriately independent' review into BBC reporter's death


The BBC Trust has urged the BBC to ensure its investigation into the death of journalist Russell Joslin is “appropriately independent” amid concerns that staff are not able to submit evidence “without fear of negative repercussions”.
