Prism Entertainment, the company that launched the Hallmark Entertainment UK channel, has bought a 49 per cent stake in web design company Subnet. The new joint-venture company Prism-e has been set up to target children's and youth sector brands covering internet and interactive TV.

Subnet has designed websites for Walt Disney, Fox Kids and Kellogg's.
