Jill Scott and Maisie Adam will front the broadcaster’s presentations

Filmnova will produce Channel 4’s coverage of the Women’s FA Cup, starting with Wolves v Nottingham Forest on 13 December.
Channel 4 is broadcasting one match-per-round and the final from the competition, co-exclusively with TNT Sports. The pair agreed a three-year rights deal with the FA earlier this year.
Former Lioness Jill Scott and comedian Maisie Adam will present the coverage, which will begin with Jill And Maisie’s Road To Wembley showing before each match, filmed in the host town or city the day before. The pair will meet supporters, club characters and local personalities, exploring the stories, pride and culture that surround each team. Then, live at the match, Scott and Adam will take viewers behind the scenes with players, coaches and pundits. There will also be, “extensive digital crossover content”.
The build-up to Wolves v Nottingham Forest begins at 11.45am on 13 December on Channel 4, with kick-off at 12.15pm.
Scott said: “I’m so excited to be presenting this year’s Adobe Women’s FA Cup alongside Maisie and bringing such a brilliant competition to Channel 4 viewers. I loved playing in the FA Cup and it will be fantastic to be a part of it again, this time from the touchline.”
