Red Bull TV has released a documentary - She Who Flies - about Swiss freeski champion, Mathilde Gremaud.

The film is available to watch by clicking here.

Mathilde is likely to be one of the standout figures of the upcoming Winter Games. The documentary gives a behind-the-scenes look at her life, showing how she can land history-making tricks on snow, while off snow being thoughtful, emotional, and very open about the pressures she faces.

The film covers burnout, identity struggles, and the emotional crash Gremaud experienced even after her biggest wins. She talks honestly about feeling isolated after her Olympic triumph, calling it “the most alone I’ve ever felt in my life”.

Gremaud became the first woman to land a Switch Double Cork 1440 and continues to push the boundaries of what women in skiing can do.

Her comeback after a concussion in Beijing, returning just days later to win bronze and then gold adds to the intensity of her story heading into another Olympic year.

The film shows Gremaud not just as an athlete preparing for another Games, but as a young woman trying to find balance and identity while the world watches.
