Oscar-winning actress Jodie Foster has given a rare interview to Tyne Tees Television for a 60-minute After They Were Famous show on the stars of the 1976 film Bugsy Malone, in which she played Tallulah. The show will reunite the Silence of the Lambs star with other members of the Bugsy cast, likely to include Bugsy himself Scott Baio, who later played Chachi in Happy Days, Mark Curry, who became a Blue Peter presenter, and Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels star Dexter Fletcher. Only child actors were used for the film. ITV controller of entertainment Claudia Rosencrantz ordered the show, which is executive produced by Peter Gordon and produced by Helen Spencer. It expected to air later this summer.
