The Completely Creative Group (CCG), which is set to launch The Property Channel later this year, has taken an undisclosed stake in independent producer and NTL affiliate Clarion TV. Green Gecko and Sumo Productions have also taken equal stakes. Completely Creative Group managing director Richard Hannah will serve as managing director of the new Clarion board.Clarion TV will produce content for the planned property service.
