How would you describe your company culture?

A fun, inspiring place to work, where people are as important as the programmes we make. We seek to employ the best and most good-natured people in the industry.

We take pride in our lack of hierarchy. We work in an open-plan offi ce where everyone feels comfortable to share their ideas, air their concerns and unleash their creativity – all at the same time if they want to.

We have a collective vision and purpose that encourages staff to give their all and create

TV that pushes the boundaries of common expectation – the scarier the better. Anyone can have a brilliant idea for a TV show, and we’ll work on it together to get it on screen.

How have you improved the working environment and practices – and what future improvements are planned?

We encourage training through internal/ external schemes. Junior members of staff can work on productions in development or by shadowing colleagues who motivate them. We are always looking at new ways to communicate company news to everyone who works their socks off for us.

What are the essential qualities of a good work environment?

Providing a friendly, fun and positive working environment where people want to work hard because they believe in what they are working towards. Regular parties.

And, most importantly, free toast.
