Target takes on new head of licensing
Target Entertainment has hired Helen Howells as director of international licensing. Howells joins Target from 4 Kids Entertainment. In her new post, Howells will manage the licensing of Target properties such as Meg and Mog and Funky Valley - while identifying programmes for acquisition.
