Marc Watson will lead company with Andrea Marini becoming deputy chairman

Deltatre has named Marc Watson as its CEO, with Andrew Marini to become deputy chairman of the group.
Marini became CEO in 2021, and was involved in the process to find a new CEO alongside major shreholder Bruin Capital.
Watson becomes CEO after most recently being chief commercial officer at DAZN for the past three years. He was also CEO and co-founder of Eleven Sports before that, and CEO of BT’s TV Group, where he led the launch of the YouView television platform and BT Sport, now rebranded as TNT Sports.
In addition, Kashmir Sohi has been appointed as chief financial officer. Sohi has over two decades of experience across private equity-backed, venture-funded, and listed businesses, and was most recently served as CFO and board director of PEI Group.
Marini said: “It has been an extraordinary journey so far with Deltatre. Following the successful acquisition of Endeavor Streaming, this is the right moment to welcome a new CEO. I look forward to supporting Marc, Kashmir, and the wider team.”
Watson said: “With the recent acquisition of Endeavor Streaming, and a breadth of products, technology, and experience built over four decades, the company is strongly positioned. I’ve known Deltatre and so many of the great people here for years, and I am excited to be leading the business through the next phase of its growth.”
