Founder Michael Geissler remains as CEO
Mo-Sys has named Selin Kemal as its new managing director, and the company has moved to a new facility in Canada Water.
Kemal is promoted from commercial director, and has almost 20 years’ experience in the production industry. Her move to managing director sees founder and CEO Michael Geissler focus on new innovations and concepts for the company.
Meanwhile, the virtual production, camera robotics and tracking business has moved to a new facility in Canada Water. A previous effort to move to a modern base in Greenwich had collapsed after the local council pulled out of the development.
The three storey building in Canada Water, London, and includes a presentation theatre using technology from Mo-Sys robotics and virtual production that can fit an audience of up to 120 people. The double height meeting and production space combines immersive LED walls, extended projection, real-time augmented reality processing, multi-camera broadcast production and high-capacity live streaming capability.
There are also green room spaces and a roof terrace, and the space will be used for corporate communications, live events and global broadcasts. The first major event in the new Mo-Sys presentation theatre will be a TEDx event in October 2026, welcoming approximately 120 guests on site while streaming to a global audience.
Geissler said: “Mo-Sys technology has made a huge impact in television and film production, and that will continue to be our major focus. What we are demonstrating in our new communications centre is that the same systems also have a key role to play in the corporate world, delivering high production values for launches, investor presentations and town halls, within a protected and confidential space.”

A key part of that is the promotion of our commercial director, Selin Kemal, to managing director.
