The 40 x 30-minute House Auctionwill follow buyers and sellers at property auctions around the country. Slated for delivery later this year, it will be series produced by Tania Fallon and produced and directed by Tara Jang and Alistair Smith.

The 45 x 30-minute Brits abroad show A Place In?will follow earlier series set in France, Greece, Italy and Spain and track homebuyers in as yet unspecified foreign locations and revisit participants from previous seasons.

C4 daytime editor Adam MacDonald commissioned the series, which will be executive produced by Tiger Aspect director of features Jo McGrath and head of factual Paul Sommers.
