Tiger Aspect is developing a new sitcom for ITV that would star Ross Kemp and Julian Clary. The project is part of the Network Centre's new£1 million comedy initiative revealed by Broadcast last week (18.2.00).

The project, with the working title, Gently Does It, centres on the antics of a West London removal firm run by two very different characters - Les, a tough guy played by Kemp, and Bo, a smooth-talking, camp, business brain played by Clary. The show, which is being overseen by Tiger Aspect producer Mark Chapman, is currently at script stage and is expected to be made into a pilot.
