The Plymouth-based maker of Why Men Wear Frockshas been granted the money by the South West of EnglandRegional Development Agency to move its 130 staff from four sites outside Plymouth into a new 35,000sq ft city centre base.

A standalone post-production facility will be set up, which will offer its services to the local production community for the first time. Four edit suites will be added to the eight systems Two Four currently has, while a dubbing suite and a Unity storage system is to be included for the first time.

Managing director Charles Wace believes that the move will allow Two Four to 'grow exponentially'.

The grant was based on a number of criteria including the guarantee that Two Four will boost staff by 35 to 165 over the next three years.
