The Independent Television Commission (ITC) has criticised axed-ITV1 series The Vice after the show failed to warn viewers about nudity and sexual behaviour in a programme broadcast just after the watershed. In its latest programme complaints report, the ITC concluded that the episode, which featured the vice squad working under cover in a lap-dancing club as part of a prostitution ring investigation, breached the programme code by not giving any warning.
