Cut-back Dispatches is cause for concern
As a director who has recently made a Dispatches about Afghanistan, and as a board member of Directors UK representing TV and film directors, I was concerned to read in Broadcast that Channel 4 is reducing the number of Dispatches to be made in the coming year (‘C4 to cut back on Dispatches’, Broadcast, 15.01.10).
