Wonderful to see that the bbc has one talented person left.
How has he managed to survive, when every other worthwhile overseer has either left, or been pushed out, for not conforming to the bbc council office mentality.

when the pointless administrates are removed and replaced with far fewer personalities like the above, the bbc may begin to recover some of the respect, that with its present childish, incompetent and self serving personnel has been totally lost.

My fly on the wall tells me that bbc managers are in a frantic ,save ourselves drive, trying to come up with anything to cover-up and justify their existence.
The top overseers must be replaced with people with a passion for the bbc and not for themselves, people willing to remove the administrative disease pervading the organisation and return to quality, unbiased competent broadcasting.
