This is all very sad, yet again we have females wanting special treatment because they are victims of some great male conspiracy. I am a senior manager in a large multi- national company and got there because I did the work and put in the time. I see so many young women come in to the business with unrealistic expectations and no work ethic and then complain of sexism when they don’t make it on their first attempt. Instead of counting numbers get in there and become the top expert in your field
