well...C4 ring fencing apprenticeships to promote Diversity? How is this different to previous C4 diversity schemes? What is needed are jobs - or as Idris Elba says "opportunities". There is already a pool of experienced of talent in front and behind the camera who don't need training...they need opportunities.

Until diversity is seen as a 'risk worth taking', nothing will change. How many more years and months must we debate this without significant change.
