Emerging indie-group Argonon has signed its first content deal, producing rich media content for clubbing brand Pacha.

A dedicated Facebook app will launch this on Tuesday offering the brand’s 357,000 fans video interviews with DJs and footage of the clubbing season produced by indie Remedy Productions.

The videoplayer, provided by Videojuicer, will be beefed up to include click-to-buy links to music downloads and merchandise. Advertising and sponsorship opportunities will also be launched next year.

Debby Lee, head of commercial development for Argonon, said boosting Pacha’s social media presence would allow it to engage more fully with fans.

“We are delighted to bring our commercial expertise and high production values to take support the world’s most exclusive clubbing brand in its ambition to reach fans across the globe and create new revenue streams by fully exploiting their brand online,” said Lee.

“The mix of high quality content and user engagement will ultimately allow Pacha to convert music fans into customers.”

Leopard Films and Remedy Productions joined forces in May to establish the new group, which aims to turnover £100m within five years.
