BBC3 is giving a break to first-time directors
In response to last week’s editorial (‘Contrasting commitments’, Broadcast 20.05.11), I would like to clarify that BBC3’s Fresh strand continues to give first-time directors their break into primetime film-making, with six hours up for grabs annually.
