How would you describe your workplace culture?
It begins with being kind. Everyone who works for us is expected to treat each other with kindness, respect, consideration and inclusion.
What makes an employee want to stay at your company?
We regularly assess best practice, mental health, wellbeing and safety. We understand that by creating a positive environment, we can improve wellbeing.
How do you make people feel safe?
Our head of production is IOSH-trained and ensures we are health-and-safety compliant. We provide a clear framework, and training modules on induction and throughout employment, safety reporting systems and thorough communication around safety.
We work with H&S specialist Bright Safe and have a level 2 trained wellbeing lead and mental health responder in-house.
How do you recruit and retain a diverse workforce?
We are always looking to expand talent-sourcing channels. We are constantly re-evaluating job descriptions to ensure we are inclusive and diverse. We ensure everyone is trained to be DEI aware.
Do you offer flexible working?
