Creator-focused label to work with talent and brands, as partnership with Readers Digest owner revealed
Ginny & Georgia producer Jenny Daly has launched her own creator-focused label.
Studio82 aims to “bridge celebrity, content creators, brands and IP” to create unscripted and scripted formats around talent, with a particular focus on young adult.

Partnerships have already been struck with companies including Trusted Media Brand Studios, which operates titles such as Readers Digest and Failed Army.
The aim is to use the IP to generate new media opportunities, with several global as-yet undisclosed properties also in development with producing partners Sean Kelly and Steve Hughes.
Studio82 will also house a scripted young adult division and has partnered with Peter Jaysen and Alan Gasmer (Complete Unknown) on dramas and true life documentaries.
The launch comes six months after Daly stepped down as president at American Ninja Warrior firm A Smith & Co. Productions, having joined the company earlier last summer.
Prior to that, Daly had been at Catfish producer Critical Content since 2018 after selling her T Group Productions outfit, which had been behind shows including Storage Hunters and Ozzy & Jack’s World Detour.
“I’m more than ready to be back in a position where I can steer my own ship and partner with talent to take storytelling to a new level,” said Daly.
