Isadora Laban and Tatiana Hernaiz unveil new company to focus on international projects
Former Netflix execs Isadora Laban and Tatiana Hernaiz have linked up to launch a production and distribution outfit aimed at helping projects find international audiences.

BravaHouse will work across scripted, unscripted and formats, specialising in creative consultancy, executive production and strategic distribution.
The company aims to support development, business strategy and global market positioning, and has active partnerships across Europe, the UK, India and Turkey, among others.
More than 60 projects are in the works across 14 countries. The company’s partners include streamer OUTtv and producers such as 405 Films, Creators Bridge and Cine Zebra. BravaHouse is also developing its own original microdrama content.
Laban was most recently creative manager at Netflix for five years, working for the streamer initially in Brazil before moving to Spain in 2020. Her credits for the streamer include drama duo Raising Voices and The Asunta Case.
Hernaiz was previously a sales manager for All3Media International and Netflix’s manager of EMEA licensed series and coproductions.
After departing the streamer in 2023, she joined Spain’s Grupo iZen, becoming head of coproductions and international business for the Madrid-based company. Her credits include Di4ries and Kitchen Nightmares.
“We’ve been incredibly lucky in our careers to work on stories that have transcended borders, bridged cultures, and driven change,” said Laban, who said BravaHouse aimed to “continue that mission by ‘greenhousing’ the best creativity”.
Hernaiz added: “The strongest stories emerge from the alignment of creative vision, compelling storytelling, outstanding production and a clear understanding of audiences.
“At BravaHouse, we put our experience at the service of all these contributors to amplify their voices globally.”
