UK producer Electric Robin and clothing app working with streamers and broadcasters on AI-supported lifestyle show

Prime Video and broadcasters across Europe have partnered with retail app Vinted to greenlight an AI-supported lifestyle format from Banijay Entertainment’s Electric Robin.
Live Better for Less is being produced in collaboration with ad giant WPP Media and will launch simultaneously across seven European territories in September.
The project consists of seven local series, each comprising 7 x 24 minute episodes, which will become available on Prime Video in the UK, France, Germany, and Spain, as well as on RTL 4 in the Netherlands, TVN Style in Poland and in Italy on Warner Bros. Discovery’s Real Time.
Episodes feature families from each country looking to clear clutter from their homes by working with local hosts to unpack their habits and create space by selling their unwanted possessions.

The show will use AI localisation provider Adapt’s platform to translate content into local languages, delivering voice generation and visual lip sync.
Dancer Motsi Mabuse leads the UK version, while Chimène van Oosterhout (The Netherlands), Agnieszka Witkowska (Poland), Lodovica Comello (Italy), Riccardo Simonetti (Germany), Juan Avellaneda (Spain) and Alexandre Cressiot (France).
Ross Brandon, co-founder of Electric Robin, said the show “represents a compelling new model for integrated brand storytelling, showcasing how premium entertainment can drive meaningful consumer engagement while delivering an efficient and scalable solution for international content production and distribution.”
Andrew Smith, senior brand director of Vinted, added that the series is designed to show that second-hand clothing can be “the smart and savvy choice”, while Sam Grindey, director of sports and entertainment at WPP Media, said the show provided international scaling potential.
“Branded entertainment works best when audiences actively choose to spend time with it. Live Better for Less was designed from the outset to entertain viewers while supporting Vinted’s mission of making second-hand first choice,” he said.
“Bringing together media, production and local market expertise from the start has enabled us to create a format that can scale internationally while still feeling locally relevant.”
Electric Robin’s ad-supported slate already includes Summer Unboxed with Maisie and Joel (Boots for Channel 4), Train-ing It with Joe Wilkinson (Rail Delivery Group for Channel 4), Jeremy Pang’s Hong Kong Kitchen (Hong Kong Tourism Board for ITV) and Dare to Defy (Nissan for Prime Video).
