Damla Dogan to lead on reality for global streamer
Former Netflix exec Damla Dogan has been appointed to oversee unscripted programming at Skydance-owned Paramount+.

Dogan, who had been consulting over recent months for the streamer, has been appointed head of unscripted and will report into Sarah Aubrey, who heads up Paramount+ as part of her expanded remit confirmed last week.
Dogan had previously spent six years with Netflix, latterly as director of unscripted originals before departing in 2024. Credits included The Circle, Buying Beverly Hills and Indian Matchmaking.
Before that, she worked for more than a decade at E! Entertainment Television across development on shows including Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The move comes a week after Casey Bloys unveiled his top team for Skydance streamers HBO Max and Paramount+, a move that saw the latter’s head of originals Jane Wiseman departing.
