Producer’s recent scripted launch Old Money is in Netflix’s top 10 in more than 70 countries

Türkiye’s Tims&B Productions has struck a raft of deals for its scripted series Eshref Rüya and revealed it is in development on a trio of shows for streamers.
Eshref Rüya, which is sold globally by Inter Medya, has been acquired in 40 countries with 12 more deals underway, while the Turkish producer’s Valley of Hearts has agreed sales in more than 60 countries.
The deals follow Mipcom earlier this month and come after Eshref Rüya spawned a Greek adaptation known as Na M’Agapas (Love Me), which debuted earlier this month on Alpha TV.
Tims&B’s veteran drama Gülperi has also been remade in Portugal, where it is known as Vitória.
The show debuted on local broadcaster SIC and via Disney+ following a partnership between the companies, and three dramas are in active development for streamers, the Istanbul-prodco said.
One of these will be the second season of Old Money, which debuted on Netflix three weeks ago and is in the Top 10 in 74 countries, ranking second globally in its second week and fifth at present.
“Our goal has never been to chase trends but creating stories that sustain value for years. Each project we make carries something deeply human at its core and that’s what continues to connect people, wherever they watch from“ said Timur Savcı, president of Tims&B Productions.
“Turkish drama carries a unique rhythm of its own; it’s emotional, bold, and authentic. And at Tims&B Productions, we see it as our responsibility to keep that voice evolving while also finding new ways to speak to today’s audiences,” added chief exec Burak Sağyaşar.
