The channel is dedicated to a fast-paced, 15-minute version of snooker, specially designed for a streaming audience

Streaming service Pluto TV is airing a range of Snooker 900 events this month. The sport is available through the Pluto TV Snooker 900 dedicated snooker channel on Pluto TV.
Snooker 900 is a fast-paced, 15-minute format designed for the streaming audience. It was created by Jason Francis in 2022 and features a 20-second shot clock, ball-in-hand for fouls, and a sudden-death blue-ball shootout for ties.
The Pluto TV channel offers 18 hours of live snooker each week (Monday to Wednesday, 2–5pm and 7–10pm), showcasing professionals, rising stars, and opportunities for women, juniors, and disabled players.
Fans can also see classic matches from the archives and episodes of Ronnie O’Sullivan’s coaching series, The Rocket Method.
This week Pluto TV Snooker 900 aired the Pros Week (17-19 November), which saw Jimmy White battle it out alongside 1997 World Champion Ken Doherty, 2015 World Champion Stuart Bingham, 2023 Welsh Open Champion Robert Milkins, and 12-time World Champion Reanne Evans.
Yesterday (19 November), the channel hosted its first Juniors Night, where eight of the game’s finest young players competed for a £1,000 prize.
Next week (24-25 November) is the Pluto TV Crucible Cup. This is a new tournament that sees World Professional Champions—Stephen Hendry, Neil Robertson, John Higgins, Mark Williams, and Mark Selby—facing off against international stars Xiao Guodong, Barry Hawkins, and Gary Wilson in a knockout format.
The prize fund is £70,000 and a £5,000 bonus for a maximum 147 break.
Live attendance for the event at the Crucible Cup in Reading is free.
