Jonathan Lewis, head of digital at Channel 5, is leaving the broadcaster after 15 years to become managing director of music site Vevo.
Lewis was appointed to the role at C5 in 2007 and was responsible for a range of developments including the launch of VoD service Demand Five and distribution deals with partners including Facebook and YouTube.
In June, Lewis oversaw a revamp of the C5 website to integrate it with the Demand Five VoD service.
He will join the Sony Music and Universal Music-owned video site Vevo this summer, ahead of its UK launch.
C5 is now hunting for a replacement for Lewis who reported into sales director Nick Brampton.
