Reviewed & Cleared, a cross-media boutique law company that provides pre-broadcast legal advice, previously hired C4 veteran Prash Naik and fellow legal and compliance team member Emily Barber.

Its TV clients include Channel 5, DSP, Tern TV, Attaboy and Barcroft Studios.

Founder David Burgess said Vandore-Mackay is “well respected within the industry for her collaborative and practical approach”.

He added: “Following Prash and Emily from C4, Sara’s skills and experience means that our clients will continue to benefit from the ground-breaking approach to legal risk the in-house team at C4 is so well known for.”
