Da Vinci Systems has released a new technology innovation designed to support the grading of files created using the Red One camera.

Digital PowerHouse provides colourists with access to R3D files from shared storage allowing them to decode, debayer, grade and record to tape without rendering the footage.

It will work with the company's R-series colour enhancement systems and removes the need for a DPX conversion and other time consuming processes such as complete debayering.

Digital PowerHouse will be on display at Da Vinci's NAB stand SL3314.
