The Independent Television Commission has banned an episode of Carlton's regional series Motorway after it repeated footage of an injured lorry driver who had already had a complaint against the programme upheld. The driver complained to the Broadcasting Standards Commission (BSC) that his privacy had been invaded when the programme first aired in August 1999. The BSC upheld the complaint but Carlton ignored the ruling and repeated the episode in April this year.
