Keo Digital has created a short series for luxury British supermarket Waitrose’s online TV channel.

Ching’s Chinese Sauces is an 8 x 5-minute web cookery series, hosted by chef Ching-He Huang, featuring two dishes from four classic oriental sauces per episode.

Each episode will provide a historical overview of all showcased dishes, as well as a step-by-step recipe guide.

“This short form series for Waitrose TV continues our successful expansion beyond terrestrial television,” Keo Films’ digital head Nick Underhill said.

Keo Digital is also behind a River Cottage YouTube channel, which forms part of Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube online network.
