Liberty Global to buy Virgin Media for $16bn
Liberty Global has indicated it will continue to use the Virgin Media brand after agreeing a deal worth $16bn (£10.2bn) to buy the UK cable and broadband firm.
Deal values Virgin at $23.3bn (£15bn)
