Y2K-style glitches have also been evident at On Digital. One sharp-eyed viewer spotted a message (above) - all too familiar to users of Microsoft's Windows operating system - on S4C Digital Networks' (SDN) test card: 'This programme has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.' Very reassuring for the Nursery Channel and Channel Earth, soon to launch on the SDN digital multiplex.

Dome-ing down What's your favourite bit of the Millennium Dome? It's the Body Zone, right? The place where everyone is prepared to queue for hours just to get a glimpse of some pubic lice.

But not according to the Evening Standard's latest ICM poll which has found that Sky TV's film Blackadder Back and Forth - to be seen at the Dome's Skyscape - is the top attraction. 'Visitors gave the film 8.7 per cent out of 10,' breezed a Sky press release. Now OTR would hate to be accused of pedantry, but percentages are traditionally expressed out of 100. Perhaps a trip to the Learning Zone is in order for the Sky spin machine.
