Morris Group takes non-controlling stake in the post house

Envy has secured investment from the Morris Group, which the post house says provides a, “strong financial foundation to accelerate its plans.” 

The Morris Group takes a non-controlling stake in Envy, and the post house will continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership, with day to day operations remaining unchanged. The company says the only change is that it is, “now backed by enhanced financial strength and an investment partner.” 

Envy CEO Dave Cadle said: “This investment represents a significant milestone for Envy. It is a strong endorsement of everything our team has built and the direction we are heading. We have always believed in the potential of our business and with the support of the Morris Group, we are even better positioned to deliver sustainable growth, exceptional service and continued innovation for our clients.”

The Morris Group has made this investment after the Australian investment group financed Halo’s acquisition of Evolutions in 2024. Halo and Evolutions were subsequently acquired by Envy before going into administration
