Broadcast Tech understands that broadcast equipment sales, equipment hire and systems integration specialist ES Broadcast intends to appoint an administrator.

ES Broadcast provides a range of services, including sales and hire of broadcast equipment, systems integration, purchasing of used kit, and used OB truck sales.

According to sources Broadcast Tech has seen, ES Broadcast, ES Broadcast Hire and ES Broadcast Systems Integration are all about to appoint administrators.

The companies are all part of the ES Media Group.

ES Media Group’s portfoilio of companies includes ES Broadcast, ES Broadcast Hire, Film Store Rental, ES Broadcast Systems Integration, Memnon and Spanish equipment reseller, distributor and systems integrator Crosspoint, as well as localisation company Pip Studios.

ES Media Group launched in 2007, with ES Broadcast as the first company in the portfolio. The hire division of ES Media Group was added five years later.

Across the group, it employs more than 350 staff in 14 offices in nine different countries.
