Platform aims to unify workflows across the two areas

Mnemonica has revealed Mnemonica TRE, a platform that aims to unify production and archive workflows.
TRE combines the company’s Production and Archive platforms, hoping to bridge the gap between active production, long-term asset management, and global distribution.
This is the first time that Archive is available as a commercial service. Archive includes a centralised hub for titles, organizing all versions, master packages (DCP, IMF, ProRes), and marketing materials into a searchable catalog, integrated with The Movie Database with metadata to assist search.
Archive also automatically indexes and validates the integrity of distribution formats like DCP and IMF for global delivery, can create and exchange Key Delivery Messages (KDMs) directly within the platform, without third-party services, and has a dedicated space for sales teams to showcase ready-to-use screeners to stakeholders.
This is combined with the longer running Mnemonica Production platform, which does have a number of updates with the launch of TRE. These include extended HDR support for native playback on compatible laptops, and an overhauled mobile app to align with the new TRE visual identity and provide full mobile access to the entire Mnemonica ecosystem.
Users can now manage their entire film library, oversee master deliveries, and handle Archive-specific workflows directly from their devices. This is complemented by a new “pro” interface featuring streamlined visual annotations and a 2x speed long-press gesture for rapid footage scanning.
Mnemonica states that with the release of TRE, “Mnemonica TRE finally makes the digital cinema whole.”
