IBC 2012: Timecode Buddy from Timecode Systems picked up the IABM (International Association of Broadcasting Manufacturers) Award for Design and Innovation.

Timecode Buddy allows productions to wirelessly sync picture and sound across single, multi-camera and DSLR formats.

Each of the four other finalists — Canon, Civolution, Glensound Electronics, and Sony — picked up an IABM Award for Excellence.

“The Timecode Buddy is an elegant solution to a real-world problem experienced daily by users around the world,” said IABM director general Peter White.
