Sky v Ofcom: CAT delivers compromise
A compromise ruling by the Competition Appeal Tribunal means BT Vision, Virgin Media and Top Up TV will have to continue to pay the full price for Sky Sports while BSkyB’s appeal against Ofcom’s controversial pay TV ruling is heard.
